Boonville House Rental Photos and Description
5 bedroom 1880 Victorian house with pool, vineyard, large lawn and gardens.
Wightman House is a 12 acre estate with a historic Victorian house, pool, and fish-friendly vineyard with its grapes producing its own designate wine (MacPhail Family Wines). The first floor of the house has a beautiful living room with grand piano, dining room, large kitchen and attached family sitting area. There is a temperature controlled wine room and guest bedroom suite in the back. There are three bedrooms on the second floor with a modern full bath. On the attic level is a bedroom with a bathroom. The pool is next to a small cottage where our caretaker lives. We don't heat the pool but it's wonderful in the summer. The gorgeous barn with two barn studios is next to the two acre vineyard with Pinot Noir grapes. There is an agricultural pond and large field with solar panels next to the long allée of trees lining the driveway. In front of the Victorian house is a long lawn bordered with perennials and fruit trees, and graced by a sculpture. The end of the lawn leads through an arbor to a wooded area. A hammock area and a bordering creek complete the complex.

About Yoriko Kishimoto
Lee worked for Apple and Yoriko serves on the board of Midpeninsula Regional Open Space Board of Directors.
Yoriko Kishimoto purchased this house in 2010
Why Yoriko Kishimoto chose Boonville
Lee is a 4th generation Californian and grew up in Vacaville, knowing of this magical valley. Yoriko works with farms and open space on the Peninsula and is delighted to practice fish friendly agriculture! We love the community up here as much as the beauty of the valley. This estate was previously owned by John Scharffenberger who pioneered the champagnes of Anderson Valley by entertaining buyers here.
What makes this house unique
This is our 'family farm' but get to enjoy it just a couple weekends out of every month. We are glad to share this beautiful place one weekend a month or so.
