Go shopping 3 blocks at Horton Plaza, go see a Padres baseball game 1 block away or grab a five minute cab ride to the World Famous San Diego Zoo or Balboa Park and all of the Museums. Old Town San Diego and Sea World are but a 10 minute drive. Exciting Seaport Village is approx. 3 blocks away.

I love Gaslamp Quarter and Downtown San Diego! Gaslamp Quarter is the ultimate downtown area. It's full of excitement, with it's rich history, wonderful dining and awesome night life! There is something for everyone here in Gaslamp!
We are centrally and conveniently located on 5th Avenue, which is the Heart of Gaslamp. As soon as you walk out of our building you will be amongst hundreds of the finest dining establishments, entertainment and shopping. We are a BLOCK from the San Diego Convention Center! Our place has a wonderful balcony with City and Bay views!! We are only ONE block from the Padres Baseball stadium.
Beautiful condo, very well furnished and appointed, and an excellent location in the heart of the Gaslamp Quarter! We did not have a car, but found that we did not need one, everywhere we wanted to go was an easy walk or accessible by San Diego's excellent public transportation system. Many great restaurants located within a few blocks, we particularly enjoyed Panevino on 5th Avenue. Debra was great to work with, we would definitely recommend this condo to friends and family, and would certainly stay here again on a future visit to San Diego.
Another couple and I recently stayed at this property and couldn't have been happier. The condo was not only beautifully appointed, it was wonderfully stocked with many items that enhanced our comfort and convenience. The included parking space was a huge selling point in renting this condo, too
And while we made excellent use of the kitchen facilities, for dinner we treated ourselves at local restaurants and found that we never even had to leave the block! Sevilla's for Spanish food, Donovan's for steak and Meze for Mediterranean cuisine all had wonderful food and service.

Already planning for next year. Very comfortable, very secure, very quiet and Debra was outstanding! No need for a car unless you want to go food shopping, then maybe wheel an empty suitcase to store then fill with groceries . Otherwise you can enjoy all the places to eat all around the condo. The Coronado ferry is just a short walk away and only $8.50 round trip. Nicky rottens has great burgers, Dicks is close and has good drinks, liquor store close by and of course so is Starbucks. Lots of shopping too! Make sure to stop at Vin de Syrah they have a secret door(wink wink). Lots to do or not do, relax eat drink and sleep in.
Thank you so much for everything you did for me and my family; you were extremely helpful and considerate. Being from the East Coast, we've always dreamed of vacationing in California and your condo helped live up to that dream. The two weeks that we spent in San Diego was an incredibly fun and blissful vacation. We got to experience much of Southern California. In fact, I wish we could have stayed longer because I'm sure that there was so much more to see and do. San Diego is a beautiful city, and I absolutely LOVED that your condo was in the heart of the city. We were even able to travel the short distance to LA for the day during our vacation, and although it was also a great experience, I am much more thankful that we stayed at your condo in San Diego. Again, it is just so beautiful. There are tons of things to do for all types and ages of people. Our teenage son was able to babysit our younger kids for my husband and I so that we could enjoy the downtown SD night life ourselves, and I have to say that it is second to none. The beaches are really clean and nice, especially in La Jolla and Coronado Island. In all, I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I look forward to returning to your condo again in the future. Thank you for everything!
Thank you Deb for making our mini getaway quite a sensation! Honestly, the condo was more than I expected. The pictures online don’t even compare to the place! I LOVED the décor and found it to be quite inviting…not to mention the free parking was definitely a plus! My fiancé and I came to downtown for a nice little break and I believe we picked the perfect place to do it! The location was incredible. We walked to Petco Park for a ball game, and later strolled downtown for some good nightlife. The next day we found some good shopping just down the corner and even a cute little Ice Cream shop on the way! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who is thinking of staying in San Diego for their next vacation, or mini getaway. Deb was so great to work with and made the arrangements so easy, very professional and helpful! Not to mention she gave us lots of information on places to go and things to do before we even arrived! My fiancé and I will be sure to come back! Two thumbs up!!!
