Marlborough is a spacious property on two levels that stands in 1/2 acre mature grounds. Upstairs are 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, dining room, kitchen, laundry, with 2 verandas. Downstairs is a studio apartment with shower room, kitchenette and its own veranda. The property stands in mature grounds with lime and orange trees and coconut palms.
