2BR/2BA. Master BR on Gulf!! Newly Furnished Unit. Home Away From Home.

This 7th Floor 2BR/2BA with Queen size sleeper sofa offers all the Luxuries of Home. Fully equipped kitchen, newly furnished home provide the best family vacation. Romantic beach front view from the Master bedroom with king size ultra pillow top mattress. Private master bathroom with huge garden tub/shower. Extended balcony to master bedroom. Step out of your balcony and enjoy the beautiful beach has to offer. From your balcony, M.B. Miller pier on the right side. If you or your family love fishing. Fishing tournaments are available at the M.B. Miller Pier throughout the year. (Check local listings for actual dates.) Enjoy your morning coffee or mimosa right on your balcony along with beautiful sunrise/sunset view.

Kitchen with three sit down bars and dining table that sits four at the corner of living room.

Living room also has a queen size pull out sofa and a leather recliner chair. Definitely make you feel right at home.

Second Bedroom has a queen size bed with ultra pillow top mattress. Also a seperate bathroom right next to the bedroom.

Washer and dryer available in unit.

Both bedrooms and living room have flat screen TV's and DVD players. Wi-Fi Internet Access Available.

Sterling Reef amenities include a heated bi-level pool with connecting waterfall, fitness center overlooking the gulf, sky BBQ terrace, and the convenience of covered parking in the same building. Located just west of M.B. Miller fishing pier. Shipwreck Water park is directly across the street from us.

Bonefish bar and grill is also one block away from the condo. This is one of my husband and I's favorite restaurant.

My husband and I purchase this condo to share with family and friends. We enjoy Panama City beach so much, we decide to purchase this condo for our vacation home. We decorate this unit as it is our HOME. Hopefully you will enjoy it as much as we do. Escape to this beautiful hidden paradise and share this experience with your love ones.

Sterling Reef has the best of everything. We fully enjoy the quiet and family oriented beach. From State pier right next to you, shipwreck island across the street. Publix grocery store and many restaurants are only few blocks away. Alf Coleman road goes from front beach,middle beach and back beach road. Local shortcut to saltwater grill, rocket lanes, TGI fridays, Wonderworks, or Pier Park. Only minutes away.

After months of searching condos at Panama City Beach, this unit has it all. Not only it has 2Br/2Ba, the extended balcony at the master bedroom is exactly what we fall in love with. Parking garage is in the same building, you don't have to cross the long overpass. Our unit has easy check in, you don't have to wait in the long line. Digital pin pad entry. As simple as that.

Very nice condo, well kept and clean. Complex was nice, parking was a little tight for larger vehicles but nice being under the building. Location was good also.

the condo and building are very nice but for one room. the workout room in horrendous. i could've overlooked the outdated equipment but the filthyness of the room was horrifying. there was at least two inches of dust on all the equipment. the ceiling looked as if it had leaked and there was what appeared to be mold growing on the ceiling. there was so much dust in the air filter that when the air conditioning unit came on it blew the filth everywhere!!! i was extremely disappointed in the condition of this room seeing as how they have a full time maintenance crew on duty daily. how about cleaning this room?
