4 Bedroom, 2 Bath with Lake Views

Comfy & spacious two-story home located on Lake Hamilton. It consists of 4 bedrooms, 2 full baths, a full kitchen with appliances and cooking utensils. The main level has a nice open floor plan with the kitchen, dining & family room flowing together, with a full bath & a huge master bedroom, and large laundry room. The master bedroom has a queen bed and sitting area with a comfy sofa. Downstairs, you'll find 3 more bedrooms, 1 full bath, and a large den with a sleeper sofa. Total sleeping space to accommodate 8-10 persons. The main level bathroom includes a combination tub & shower and double sink vanity. The main level walks out to a a very large deck which is perfect for entertaining, grilling on the gas grill, relaxing, watching wild life and just listening to the water. The downstairs walks out to a private patio, where you'll find more space for lounging. The backyard is fully fenced and private.

The home has plenty of parking space with a 2-car carport, and concrete drive & parking pads. There's even enough room to park your RV. Also, you have your very own private fishing dock, covered double boat slip, and swim dock with a ladder to make it easier to get in and out of the lake.

The neighborhood is also a great place to bike ride or take a stroll.

We have lived all over the country throughout our lives, but we fell in love with the peaceful area and beautiful lakes in Hot Springs so we decided to buy a place here to spend some of our time on the lake. Our primary home is in Rossville, Tennessee, near the majority of our family.

We chose this home because of it's perfect location and great neighborhood. It's close to everything!

Nice getaway for the horse races or a lake trip!

Very clean, comfortable, convenient and in a nice neighborhood/cul-de-sac! House has a wonderful deck - we just wish the weather had been warmer so we could have enjoyed it. Really nice, accomodating common area inside that's open to the kitchen and dining area and makes it fun for everyone to hang out together...same thing for the large basement! We went for a spring weekend at the horse races but this house would be fun to rent in the summer too with such great lake access!

Property is located in a great area of Lake Hamilton. Plenty of space in the house with living areas on both floors. Great backyard and boat dock. Hopefully we can return in the near future !!!
