Johnson Ranch With All The Amenities Of Home

This Arizona home is a tastefully furnished 1600+ square foot split floor plan home with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The single-level home is nestled in the quiet, safe, and family-oriented community of Johnson Ranch. Easily enjoy the outdoors and breath-taking views from the covered patio with outdoor gas grill and bistro furniture provided. The master suite includes a king size bed, 40-inch flat screen HDTV, private bath, and walk-in closet. The two guest rooms both include queen size beds while sharing the full-size main bathroom. The family area includes seating for at least 6 along with a 50-inch flat screen smart HDTV and blu-ray DVD player. Wireless Internet is supplied, but please bring your own computer. Entering into the kitchen you will find all of the important day-to-day cooking utensils along with a few extras, and a large walk-in pantry with a full-size washer and dryer. All major amenities are provided for your conveniences in the kitchen, and throughout the rest of the home.

We looked at many properties and fell in love with this residence. Johnson Ranch is a quiet, private neighborhood, but you are within minutes of a larger city. A 15-20 minute drive to Phoenix-Mesa Gateway airport with discounted Allegiant Air flights.

We found the house to be everthing we expected. Everything was there that we needed and it was close to grocery store, drug store and many other amenities. It is a quiet neighborhood and the back yard is great for relaxing. We enjoyed our stay very much. The owners were very nice to deal with and I would highly recommend this property to friends.

We found the property as described; very comfortable with big cushy seating and the TV. We spent a lot of time around the dining room table, reading, doing puzzles, and eating. Nice applilances for us cooks to use. We didn't spend as much time lounging outdoors as it wasn't very warm although we managed at least one or two walks around the neighborhood every day. The information notebook was helpful, especially the maps; the supply of attractions brochures also gave us ideas of what to do. Having a Fry's nearby was most convenient; we went there nearly every day to get the papers and whatever we might want to cook.

This was a new experience for us; I don't know that we'll do it again in the near future. However, when and if we do, VBRO will be the first place we check.

A WONDERFUL vacation home you will not forget!

This home was lovely! Upon entering the home, the decor was inviting and the home was immaculately clean. There were lots of 'extra' little touches which made a guest feel very welcome. This owner has put a lot of thought into providing virtually anything a guest might need while on vacation. The beds were also incredibly comfortable! The neighborhood is a quiet family oriented neighborhood with easy access to shopping centers and other activities. We did not use the pool facilities, but they were within minutes of the home as was the golf course club house. The owners were gracious & a pleasure to deal with. We had a wonderful stay. We would definitely stay at this home again! Thank you Dennis & Denise for doing such a great job with your home...it is truly lovely!

Description is very accurate of all accommodations, beds were very comfortable, kitchen was well stocked, & all Johnson Ranch amenities were within a short distance. Owners were very helpful, and the guide book in the house helped with dinner ideas. We will definitely be returning for another stay!
