My wife and I desired our own business and found this great property to convert into a ground-floor restaurant and a spacious apartment upstairs. We wanted a place to stay on occasion that was comfortable and inviting, with the amenities of home. Someday we may retire here, it’s such a great location, being close to so many activities without the chaotic ‘city’ life.
