Cottage, 3 Bedrooms, 2 Baths (Sleeps 6)

3 bedroom, 2 bathroom within walking distance of downtown Bellaire and all it has to offer. Restaurants, shopping, parks, movie theatre.

Charming two story cottage on three wooded lots, walking distance from downtown Bellaire where you can enjoy shopping and dining. Nearby attractions include golf and skiing at Shanty Creek and Schuss Mountain. Canoe or kayak on Intermediate or take your boat out on Lake Bellaire or Torch Lake. Fun trips to Mackinac Island, Charlevoix or Traverse City, visit the many local wineries on the peninsulas of Grand Traverse Bay.

Recently renovated kitchen with all amenities and new bathrooms. Master bedroom with queen bed downstairs including private master bath and dressing room. Second bedroom with double bed and third bedroom with bunk beds upstairs. Wonderful sun room featuring sitting area to enjoy a beautiful morning or relaxing evening. There is a game room with a ping pong table, dining room and living room with Direct TV and Blue Ray for entertainment. All rooms have ceiling fans. We have a large deck for outdoor grilling, laundry room with washer and dryer and plenty of room for parking.

Standard rate $200 per night weeknights, $275 per night weekends.Holiday rate $225 weeknight, $275 weekend night. Weekly rates $1000 reg, $1200 holiday, $1500 Christmas/New Years. Add 6% MI tax and $125 cleaning to each stay. There is a $250 refundable security deposit required.
