Guestbook comments from the owner
We have stayed at the Empire House before, this was the first time in this specific unit. The condo is very clean, everything is brand new and nicely furnished.
We live in Park City and work in Salt Lake. We are originally from Seattle. We love Park City for it's awesome outdoor recreation. Should we ever relocate back to Washington State, we will always have this condo, our roots back to Utah.
On Powder days you will NOT be stuck in traffic waiting hours for the pass to clear!! We ski between 50-60 times a year and we know what we want in a ski condo. Creature comforts, location and plenty space to stretch out are important to us. From the condo it is a quick walk to down-hill, cross-country, golf, mountain biking/hiking trails, grocery, liquor store and restaurants. If I want to sleep in while my husband snags first chair, not an issue. Lunches and after ski snacks are steps away from the resort and with view of the slopes.
Views of Park City Resort from all windows. Walking distance to most everything. Free bus station and/or car rental is across the street. 1100 square feet gives you plenty of space to stretch out after an epic ski day! Underground parking is great on Utah powder days.
