This careful restored Finca with ethnic touch is situated on an estate of 2000 sq. meter, consisting of a well kept garden with a swimming pool, old olive and palm trees as well as shadow throwing pepper trees. Next to the house scented flowers like lavender, jasmine, rosemary and thyme are growing. The walls of the house are made out of old ”Mares”, a typical Mallorquine stone, which breathes Mediterranean flair. Inside it is furnished in a modern and functionary way. The main room has an build-in kitchen, a dining recess as well as cosy chairs and sofa for watching television. From here a small wooden ladder leads to the upper storey with a second bedroom gallery like. Up here you find a 20 sq. meter balkony, which opens to a view of fields surrounded by small stone walls up to the village of Santanyi and the ocean.

A small private road leads to the Finca-estate with its cypresses, palms and olive trees and its beautiful blooming Mediterranean flowers and its pool. The village of Santanyi is as close as 500 meters away, where every Wednesday and Saturday a very scenic local market with fresh fruit and vegetable and olives is taking place. Santanyi is becoming a hot place for the arts, restaurants, cafes and bars. Beaches are near by in Cala Santanyi and S’Amador within the national park of Mandrago. A little bit farther – about 5 km – you will find the beaches Cala Llombarts and Cala S’ Almonia and the well known beach of Es Trenc. Allover the Eastern Coast there are beaches and allow long walks along the ocean. Close to Colonia Sant Jordi (Es Trenc) riding horses can be rented.

Great place for relaxation & real swimming

We had a great stay in this nice quiet finca with its big pool and well-kept garden with enough shade to hide form the sun. You have to adjust a little bit because the energy comes form the sun and the wind and the freezer works on bottled gas, but in the end that was no problem at all.
The owner is very caring and goes out of her way to solve any problem you might encounter. She's very helpful during the preparation of your vacation and your stay.
Santanyi is a nice little town you can go to with the bikes of the house. It has a nice church, market (wednesday & saturday), art exhibitions and some great restaurants.
In our opinion Es Moli (very good tapas) and Es Vinyets (traditional spanish food and excellent pizzas) are the best.

In dieser tollen Finca hatten wir unseren schönsten Urlaub auf der Insel! Besonders hervorheben wollen wir die wunderbar eingerichtete Finca und den ganz tollen Garten. Ganz besonders hat uns gefallen, morgens, mittags, abends...immer wieder in den herrlichen Pool zu springen, in dem man richtig schwimmen konnte. Alles hat hier dieses besonder Flair, wir haben uns sehr, sehr wohl gefühlt! Wir kommen wieder!
