Photos and Description of the Benitachell vacation villa rental

The house (built in 2004) with private pool is in 1000 m² of grounds with Mediterranean plants. Parking space, living room and pool are on one level with no stairs. The house is south-west facing with wonderful sunsets. Large sun terrace, partly covered. In the lower part of the garden there is another sun terrace. The house is ideal for over-wintering hikers and golfers due to modern gas central heating and in addition a functioning ancient gas stove. Within 40 km there are 5 splendid golf courses: 9 hole Club de Golf Ifach, Club de Golf Javea among gentle hills and large orange trees, Club de Golf de Sella at Montgo nature park, Club Don Cayo at Bernia mountains with a wonderful sea view, and the new 18 hole Club de Golf Olivia Nova. The house is in the community of Benitachell near the Moraira border.

Moraira is a former fishing village with a beautiful yacht harbour. There are only new villas being built on the hills around, no mass tourism. In the valley between Moraira and Benitachell there are lots of walker’s paths between the wine hills. You can reach the towns of Denia and Javea in the north and Calpe and Altea in the south via the varied coastal road. There are lots of interesting towns in the surrounding hills for walks of all grades of difficulty. Routes and walking guides are available in house. Water sports enthusiasts will really feel at home. You can hire sailing and motorboats with or without a skipper. And bikers can hire motorcycles on the coastal road. We have about 50 photos of the house and the district which we will gladly send to you.

  • Final cleaning is 85 €. Bed linen and cot are available for 10 € per week. Booking entails paying a deposit of 50 %. The rest must be paid by transfer at least 8 weeks before arrival. Breakages deposit is 250 € payable by transfer 14 days before arrival. Minimum booking from June to August: two weeks. Travel cancellation insurance recommended. Sehr schönes Haus mit traumhaften Ausblick.
Ideal für bis zu 5 Personen.
Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und ideal für Ruhesuchende.
Im Haus gibt es alles was man braucht um sich selbst zu verpflegen. Die Waschmaschine funktioniert einwandfrei. Die Betten sind bequem. Es gibt genügend Sitz- und Liegemöglichkeiten für 6 Personen. Der Pool ist sehr sauber.
Dieses Haus ist sehr empfehlenswert.
Vielen Dank noch mal an die Familie Adams.
