Heber Lodge Rental Photos and Description
5 bedroom, 5,100 Sq ft Lodge in Bison Ranch
We have had so many request for large weddings, we have added a 6,100 sf rustic barn to the property. Not only that, you can bring your horses now as well.
For those who need a covered area for a reception, company event, expo or whatever, the barn is available. We don't really know how many it will seat yet but we have bought 35 tables that seat 8 comfortably. While rustic, we have retrofitted it to compliment the lodge with chandeliers, restrooms, a bride's get ready room, a groom's get ready room and I'm working on the outside BBQ deck design now!
Possibilities are now pretty much endless. Have your own lodge AND ranch for the weekend!
Imagine, you could trailer your ponies up to the cool country, park your trailer at the ranch and both you and your horses and guest will have a first class vacation. The national forest is literally across the road!

My wife and I renovated this old ranch house to return it to it's former glory as the centerpeice of the Heber - Overgaard community. We have tried to make the estate an asset to the community as a whole and something we can be proud of and everyone can enjoy.
Deborah purchased this lodge in 2012
Why Deborah chose Heber
There is nothing else like this in town. If you need something more than a hotel room or small cabin then All Seasons Lodge is about your only choice for family reunions, weddings, medium sized groups or...whatever you wish. The concept of a 'Rentable Lodge' is that we provide you with the run of the place without any interferance. Once you get a walk around and we answer any questions you have, the place is yours for the term of your stay. Now that we have added the ranch, possibilities are endless. If you are a horse person, you can escape the furnace of the valley with your horse and have a national forest to explore. The event barn adds 6,100 s.f. of covered space for rustic weddings, receptions, expos...whatever.
What makes this lodge unique
Well, we have been open for a year now and the lodge seems to be a success. It has proven to be a very popular venue for weddings! Not only is it in a beautiful setting but the wedding parties get more than just a venue. The bride has a first class place to prepare for the big event, a place for wedding party people to stay, plenty of room for after wedding activities and even a honeymoon suite! We had weddings booked for almost all weekends in Sept. and Oct! this year. We are considering expanding the grounds since we get request for larger groups. Maybe this summer, we'll see.
