House, 5 Bedrooms, Loft, 3 Baths (Sleeps 12 )

A perfect house for a family vacation or a group outing. It is great for multiple families looking to go away together. Our home is located in a new neighborhood off of Route 3 in Twin Mountain NH. As you walk in you will see our beautiful great room with a 45” TV with DVD/VCR player, gas fireplace, and 3 couches for optimal seating. Our kitchen is fully equipped. One of the bedrooms on the first floor has 2 twin beds and the other a queen bed, the bathroom is right across the hall. The master bedroom has a king sized bed with its own TV and bathroom. (The washing machine and dryer are also located in the master bedroom in a closet) There is a loft upstairs open to the 1st floor and sleeps up to 5 people and also has a TV/DVD player. The Walk out basement features a large room, 2 bedrooms (2 twin beds each) and a bathroom.
About Edward McPhee

We have a family business in Weymouth, MA and love to be at our home. The draw backs of owning your own business is taking time off is hard to come by, so we figured we would let others enjoy our great home!

Why Edward McPhee chose Twin Mountain

We built this house because we use to take vacations here almost 3 times a year. Between Skiing and seeing the leaves we thought it would be great to own a home in this area. We were the 3rd home to build in this newly developed neighborhood. It is a great place to get away from it all.

What makes this house unique

Snowmobile access is directly across the street. Also Bretton Woods and Cannon Mtn are only 10 minutes away. The house is in the heart of the white mountains and close to all the attractions it offers.

New Years Eve Get Away

The Views from this Home are incredible! We recently stayed (9 adults 5 children) over the New Years Eve Holiday. Our children had so much fun tubing down the front yard, snowmobiling directly from the driveway, and an evening sleigh ride just 10 miles away at The Mt. Washington Hotel (well worth the trip). The Children turned the upper level loft into their bedroom/playroom, it must have some kind of mystical powers, it was the first time in three years our three year old slept through the night without crashing our room. Ed is a great guy and was wonderful to work with. We can't wait to rent the house again in the future,

Great trip to this excellent house for our small band of two families, tkaing two sets of kids to Santas Village. Ed the owner was helpful and responsive, the house is very spacious and modern. Zero complaints. Will probably try to rebook in the future. Thank you!

Truly a home away from home !

This place is fabulous and is fully stocked with ALL the items you would need to enjoy a vacation away from your own home. It is literally a running house with all the linens, utensils, supplies you could imagine ( gosh they even have bandaids !) It is closer to most of the attractions which the area has to offer though it is not at all a bad idea to spend most of the time in this cozy home alongwith your family. This place still smells new and is maintained in mint condition ! The pictures don't do justice...you have to rent it to believe it! There is also ample activity for those who love to explore the neighbourhood in the form of a river trail and a snowmobile path which is great walkway when its not snowing. We visited this place in the peak fall week to see the beautiful colors and were enthralled by the beauty of the colorful mountains which surrounded us. Looking forward to many more fun filled trips with family and friends in all seasons and simply can't wait to return !

Our stay was wonderful; the home is immaculate with plenty of room. People in the neighborhood were very friendly. We enjoyed just sitting in the front yard cooking out and looking at the Mountain View. There are some nice snowmobile trails that are great for walking this time of year. We were close to many attractions that we took advantage of. We visited Cannon Mountain and rode the tramway that had great views. We also visited the Flume, Basin, and drove to some beautiful waterfalls in the area. This was a well-located place to stay with lots to do any time of year. Can’t wait to return!
