If you love to be on the water with lots of privacy, this is the place you want to be. This lovely home sits at the end of a quiet street directly on the Peace River. My partner and I love to fish and stay where we can walk right out the door and drop a line, which is what this property offers. My son and his family have a small home outside Punta Gorda and when I visit rather then stay in a hotel, I like to rent a home near the river or close enough for my son to stop by after work and a place that my grandchildren can stay and feel like they are on vacation too. This home has a pool, 3 bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, and a beautiful florida room which opens up to the pool area. It has windows accross the back of the house that over look the river, providing beautiful views of the evening sunsets and early morning sunrises. Perfect for morning Yoga, Meditation and COFFEE! Not only were we able to fish standing on the seawall in the backyard, my son was able to dock his boat just outside at rivers edge so we could enjoy boat rides and more great river fishing. Bob hooked a stingray standing on the sea wall. What fun!!!! The home is well kept both inside and out. I want to especially thank the owner for her prompt responce to my emails and answering my questions. It was a great vacation home and one I would gladly recommend to friends, family and rent again.
