This is a very nice log home with everything you need and very nicely furnished too. The home sleeps 6 (8 with sleeper sofa), 2 full bathrooms, full kitchen with all modern appliances, washer & dryer, gas fireplace, gas BBQ grill on the deck and all your linens and toiletries too. Direct Snowmobile trail access. Golfing and skiing are 1 mile away. Boating and fishing are 8 minutes away along with boat rentals at Riverside Marina.
I grew up in Sterling Heights MI but moved to Bellaire Michigan in 1998 and absolutely love it here! I love this log home and would live in it but I am now living with my 87 yr old father and caring for him. I am looking for people who can enjoy and care for my home and help cover my costs while I can not.
Sandra Tuttle purchased this cabin in 2012
I bought this place because I always wanted a log home with knotty pine interior and this one had everything I could need with no repairs needed. It is like brand new and modern but cozy.
I have always wanted a log cabin and this one was just too cute to pass up. I love the loft and knotty pine interior. The gas fireplace is so nice on a cool evening or winter night. And with all of the modern appliances, you are never in need of anything.
We really enjoyed our stay at the cabin and are hoping to make this an annual event. It was clean and tidy and had everything we needed for some family style dinners. It was close to the ski hill as well which was very convenient. I'd recommend it to anyone of my friends
Very neat and clean cabin. It was all we were looking for. We will definitely go back again.
We had a great time at this cabin and will definately be going back. Plenty of space and everything we needed was there.
Our family had a great time staying in this cabin. It was very close to the ski hill which was perfect since we had several different ski shifts. Plenty of room when we had company over in the evenings. We stayed with only (4) people but I could see comfortably sleeping (8) people. The owner Sandra was very helpful with a couple of items we required. I would highly suggest considering staying here if you want a nice ski trip just off the mountain.
My husband and I stayed here a week for our honeymoon. We loved it! The cabin is clean, homey, with a relaxing atmosphere about it. It's location is perfect and has peaceful surroundings but yet not too far away from towns. We have already decided to go back!
This is a secluded log cabin home nestled in the woods yet 15 minutes or less travel to Golfing, Fishing, Boating, Skiing, Snowmobiling, Schuss Mountain Resort, Shanty Creek Resort, Cedar River Village, Hawks Eye, Chief Golf Course, Lake Bellaire, Intermediate Lake, Torch Lake, Chain of Lakes ...lets just say it is close to everything you might want to do! And a couple of casinos within 45 min. drive too. Just 8 Minutes from the beautiful town of Bellaire that has lots to offer. Lots of great restaurants and shops and downtown strolling. Check out the Bellaire Chamber of Commerce website to see what our great town has to offer. If you love BBQ ribs then check out Toonies, they are awesome! If you like elegant dinning then go to Lulu's Bistro. Mokas is a great coffee house and has a great selection of wines. Or for some good home cooking for breakfast or lunch then go to Mrs Petes. Traverse City, Petosky and Charlevoix are less than 1 hour away. For a nice fall tour go to Traverse City on the peninsula for a wine tasting tour. You will love it up here and have a great place to rest after your fun filled day.
