Set over four floors this luxurious west facing villa enjoys commanding 180 degree uninterrupted views of the magnificent coastline and the sparkling Gulf of Siam beyond. Perfect for friends and family groups the villa can accommodate up to 8 people in total comfort within its 4 spacious en-suite bedrooms, with additional sleeping areas if required. Built on a large plot, the villa has an 18m long pool with a built in Jacuzzi and is surrounded by tropical landscaped gardens, the ideal retreat for peace and tranquility. The large pool terrace has a dining table and chairs for eating alfresco and ample cushioned sun loungers. A covered terrace includes a games area with a full size pool table, a summer kitchen, a bar with stools and a relaxing chill out area with two comfortable leather sofas positioned to take full advantage of the breathtaking sea views. There is a cloakroom and separate shower cubicles for use after swimming, or following a workout with the gym equipment.

Living Area: A staircase leads you from the pool through double glass doors to an open plan indoor living area of pure white with a dramatic high ceiling and containing an ultra modern Western kitchen, formal dining and a casual seating area. The kitchen has a bar and a central island with contrasting black granite work surfaces housing an inter-grated dishwasher, a 6 ring hob, double door fridge/freezer, oven and a microwave, more than enough to impress the most discerning of chefs. The enormous glass topped dining table has seating for up to 10 guests, perfect for a dinner party with family and friends. An open tread staircase leads to a galleried landing and mezzanine containing the media room with a work station, a 42 inch plasma TV with CD/DVD surround sound system and comfortable leather seating for 10. The views from the living area towards the sea are simply breathtaking !
