FIRST FLOOR: Spacious entrance hall opening to a fan-shaped living room with big balconies which have breathtaking sea views. A master bedroom with air conditioning and a full en-suite bathroom with shower. The dining area has a pool view and there is a laundry room and a fully equipped kitchen with an outside opening. From the entrance hall, a spiral staircase leads to the lower floor. LOWER FLOOR: games area (inc. snooker table), a sitting area with a fireplace and an exit to the garden and pool. There is a corridor leading to the sleeping area where you find 2 air-conditioned bedrooms, one double and one twin and a bathroom with tub. OUTDOORS: Guest annex (30sq.mt.) (sleeps 2) with living room and sleeping area and bathroom with shower. It is surrounded by a big terrace in a tranquil garden with a magnificent oak-tree, creating the right atmosphere for book lovers. Swimming pool (9m x 4m) with solarium and shower.

AMALFI: The town's Duomo dominates a long flight of steps and embraces a picturesque piazza stretching to its seafront. A wonderful contrast between fine beaches in front and tall cliffs behind. SORRENTO: Sorrento offers wonderful views of the entire bay of Naples and the Island of Capri. There are beautiful beaches, bars surrounding Piazza Tasso, great shops and a fragrant citrus perfume from near-by trees. From Sorrento you can take coaches or hovercrafts to Amalfi, Positano, Ischia and Capri. CAPRI: Capri offers panoramic vistas at every turn, picturesque eateries with local seafood and blue grottos hidden under the limestone cliffs.

Additional information about rental rates

  • A deposit is required to reserve the booking, the remaining balance is payable before arrival.
    Electricity, air-conditioning and final cleaning are not included in the price.
    A refundable breakages deposit of € 800 is required on arrival, to be refunded on the day of departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection).
    Obligatory cleaning during the week: 4 hours a day, 1 days per week for a total of € 70,00 per week (for the entire villa).
  • Younger children will need to be accompanied at all times as there are areas of the resort which have uneven ground.
    Cook on request € 150 per meal, not including waiting service ( of € 60)
  • Electricity, gas, air-conditioning and final cleaning are all included in the price, there will be no extra charge.
    One set of bed and bath linen per week included in the price.
    Cot with bars available: free of charge
    Final cleaning € 25,00 per person.
    If you use the heating, there is a charge of €30 per day (includes 8 hours of heating a day).
