Enjoy your time in our home surrounded by lush landscaping, large backyard, fully screened in ground pool, and close to many conveniences and local attractions. Home features two carpeted bedrooms, with ceiling fans, and ceramic floors throughout the rest of the house. Newer appliances in the kitchen, with a nice view into the florida room and screened 38x22 lanai deck area. Florida room also features a wall unit with cabinets, and a brick raised hearth fireplace with electric logs, and ceiling fan. Enjoy oranges, grapefruits and tangerines when in season, right from the backyard.

Local Amenities include a bike path, the venetian waterway park, and the Shamrock park nature center, which offers basketball and tennis courts. The intracoastal waterway is located behind the property.

We specifically chose Venice Florida because of it`s proximity to the many beautiful beaches and attractions. It is a quiet, peaceful area that has a lot to offer. Although we are new to Venice, we feel very much at home when we are there.

What makes this house unique

This particular home was very well kept when we purchased it, and what attracted us to it was the ideal size for us as well as the beautiful park like setting of the backyard. It is very serene and peaceful. The thick, lush landscaping offers full privacy, at the same time we are only minutes away from many local conveniences.

I found this location very central for shopping, beaches, sightseeing, golf courses, churches and restaurants. Senior location nearby for those interested, can look into it. The house was very comfortable, clean, with quiet neighbours, and having the washer, dryer and clothesline was a big plus. The people in Venice are very helpful, polite and friendly. When the people are great, it helps make the vacation a memorable one. I would recommend this property to friends and relatives.
