Additional information about rental rates

  • 19 December to 2nd January 2010 plus euro 175 per week(Christmas and new year).
    27 March to 10 April 2010 plus euro 175 per week(Easter)
    25% (non-refundable) deposit with booking. The balance to be paid at least 8 weeks before the arrival date. The rental amount should be electronically transferred to my bank in Pollensa.
    Bookings are normally Saturday to Saturday, but alternative days may be arraged with stay longer than 3 weeks.
    Arrivals at 03.00 p.m., departures at 10.00 a.m..
  • Prices include heating in the winter and electricity in general.
