Condo, 2 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath with sleeper sofa (Sleeps 6)

Spacious 2 bedroom condo in one of the newest developments in Oxford. Professionally decorated and newly furnished. The condo has hardwood floors, stainless appliances and granite countertops. Both bedrooms upstairs contain a queen size bed, walk in closet and full bath. Laundry room upstairs. Gas grill on the patio. AT&T U-verse wireless and HD TV DVR in both bedrooms and den. Pool and common area plus plenty of parking.
About Debbie Perdzock

I've included a picture of my kids who are both students at Ole Miss. My daughter is a Sophomore and my son is a Freshman playing baseball for Ole Miss. We live in Memphis, which is an hour and 15 minutes away. We bought the condo so we would have a place to stay when visiting the kids, do their laundry and make them a home-cooked meal.

We worked with a decorator to furnish the condo. We purchased furniture made from re-claimed wood and also several handmade pieces. We actually like the furnishings at the condo better than our home in Memphis!

What makes this condo unique

We love to cook and grill. The kitchen seems to be the gathering place when we are here. We love the granite countertops and stainless appliances.
