This recently upgraded luxury stone barn is down a quiet country lane and within a couple of minutes drive of Narberth, the vibrant and busy market town. The barn is a converted coach house and stables with a mix of traditional features and modern luxuries and conveniences such as wireless internet, underfloor heating, a Mercury range cooker and Miele appliances. With its enclosed garden and little passing traffic, the Barn provides a tranquil base from which to explore the rest of Pembrokeshire's many attractions and amenities such as the Pembrokeshire coast path with its blue flag beaches and theme parks such as Oakwood and Follyfarm. There is something for kids of all ages.

Crinow is a small hamlet of 15 houses and farms a mile outside the busy and vibrant market town of Narberth set within the heart of Pembrokeshire renowned for many tourist attractions and amenities and for its local produce that is widely available in farm shops and local food stores. Narberth offers visitors one of the best shopping experiences in Wales, with the unique and independent character of its shops as well as many cafes and restaurants to choose from. Local attractions include award winning blue flag beaches, Oakwood theme park and Folly farm just 10 mins away, walks along the Pembrokeshire coastal paths, seal watching, ruined castles and boat trips to Caldey island as well as the famous seaside town of Tenby within 10 miles. All these amenities and many more available including golfing, horseriding, go-karting, quad biking, surfing, sailing, shooting and paint balling all within a 15 mile radius of Narberth.

Additional information about rental rates

  • To secure the booking, a non-refundable payment of £150 is required within 7 days of the booking.
    The balance is required 6 weeks before arrival. Failure to pay the full balance on or before this 6 week date will be construed as cancellation of the booking. In addition, a breakage deposit of £150 is required at this time and will be refunded following inspection at the conclusion of your stay. If booked within 6 weeks of the booking dates, the full amount is required to secure the booking including the breakage deposit.
    Payment details will be provided by the owner on receipt of the booking details. This will be either via PayPal, credit/card(charges apply), bank deposit or cheque.

  • Rental commences on a Saturday at 4pm. On the day of departure (Saturday) we ask you to vacate by 10am. The cleaner will be coming to the property at that time. If more than one week is booked the cleaner will change linen weekly on Saturdays.
    All bed linen is provided. A hand towel and bath towel are provided per person and two large beach towels to share.
    Telephone and wireless internet are provided in the house free of charge. Please leave additional payment for phone calls during peak times and to mobiles.
    Rental price is inclusive of heating.

Notes: Underfloor heating is installed downstairs and in the upstairs bathroom with radiators in remaining upstairs bedrooms all heated by a modern oil fired boiler supplemented by solar panels. Heating is included in the rental price. The property has two highchairs provided (one travel highchair, one free standing). There is a travel cot with bedding, a push chair and stair gate. The living room has large comfy sofas and giant bean bags. Free view TV is provided in the living room and one of the upstairs bedrooms. The barn also has a large laundry adjoining the property with a washing machine, drier, drying racks and plenty of room for storage of bikes and luggage. There is a caretaker next door who will be able to assist as necessary.You will be forwarded contact details upon receipt of deposit.
