The second bedroom is a studio room, part of the living room completely independent.When the second room is on, the living room still has a living zone (with sofa and LCD TV), and dinning zone (with a 6 persons table). If one guest is sleeping, the other is able to live the whole apartment don’t disturbing the sleeping one.
You can find a winter garden also.

The street, Francisco Otaviano, is lively and in the centre of Rio best area but quiet and safe.
It’s the surfers street, there are always young people who sits at the many small bars / restaurants or shopping in stores, but there is never chaos, never shouting.

Nearby General Osorio Square, famous for the exquisite art and craft market on Sunday morning.
From the palace to the left, in 5 minutes you're on the Copacabana ocean shore promenade; same distance to the right, you have the Ipanema ocean shore promenade.
There is a small public garden facing the palace, crossing it you are at Arpoador beach, excellent beach frequented by 'good people' and surfers.
The scenic lake in the park 'Lagoa' is a pleasant walk.
Botanical Garden, in Corcovado National Park of Tijuca and Pao Acucar, all by standard taxi.
By subway you are quickly to the historical center, Santa Teresa and Lapa.
Permanent taxi station 10 m. from the building entrance, really easy.
