The house is semi-detached and has 4 bedrooms (3 bedrooms with 2 single beds and 1 bedroom with 1 double bed), 3 bathrooms, 1 living-room with kitchenete, barbecue and an agreable balcon with furniture near the swimming-pool.

The house has a big shared swimming-pool (14mx6m), a large hall, private parking and garden.

The house is equipped with towels, sheets, oven, electric plate, washing-machine, dishwasher machine, freezer, microwaves, coffee-maker etc.

The villa has fireplace, central heating, stereo ,TV.and internet.
