The house is semi-detached and has 4 bedrooms (each with 2 single beds), 3 bathrooms and an agreable living-room with kitchenete. The house has a great shared swimming-pool (14mx6m), a large hall, barbecue, private parking and garden. Near the swimming-pool and in the hall there is outdoor furniture The house is equipped with towels, sheets, oven, electric plate, washing-machine, dishwasher machine, freezer, microwaves, coffee-maker etc. The villa has fireplace, central heating, stereo and TV.

the house is localized inside the Aroeira Golf Course. This Complex has two golf courses with 18 holes each, 4 tennis courts, golf school and golf shop. There is also a Shopping Area with supermarket, bar, restaurant, etc. Aroeira is about 20km south of Lisbon near the beaches of Costa da Caparica.
