Beautiful, brand new, completely remodeled 4 bedroom condo with unique, eclectic, new furnishings. Open floor plan, with large great room. There is a large stone fireplace in the family room.Granite Counter tops. This unit is located on the 3rd level of Las Palmas, easily accessed by stairs or elevator. Located in Las Palmas, near Green Valley. Just a few steps away are two amazing pools/jacuzzis. Just adjacent to the condo is the infamous Green Valley Resort and Spa which offers 4 more pools, tennis/racquet ball courts, shared BBQ, kids playground and exercise room as well as the spa. Free Wi-Fi.

INCLUDES ACCESS TO GREEN VALLEY AND SAND HOLLOW AQUATIC CENTER POOLS!!!

The master bedroom has a king bed with brand new pillow top, tub/shower, his and her vanities and 43' flat screen TV. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a 43' flat screen TV. The third bedroom has Full over Full sized bunk beds, along with a twin trundle. This room is decorated with a Star Wars theme. Fun for kids of all ages. The fourth bedroom also has Full over Full sized bunk beds with a twin trundle. All brand new mattresses and bedding for your ultimate comfort.

The family room has 2 large couches, one with a queen sleeper. There is plenty of seating for family movie night gatherings. The entertainment center boast a 60' flat screen with DVD. Adjacent to the family room is a large dining and bar area that seats up to 16 people comfortably. There is a Washer and Dryer for your convenience.

You can enjoy a beautiful sunrise in the morning or chat with friends while barbecuing in the evening on your own private balcony.

For those of you who are outdoor enthusiast, there are are hiking, biking, and running trails within walking distance. 11 golf courses within 10 minutes of condominium! (several within five minutes!), Mesquite is right around the corner only 35 minutes with more golf courses and great casinos with fantastic buffets, and for you nature lovers, Zions Park and Bryce Canyon National Parks, Grand Staircase, Great Basin National Park, Lake Powell, and the Grand Canyon are all within one-half day travel/fun!

Our family had an incredible stay at this beautifully appointed condo! Owner thoughtfully left bottled water, toys, and fully-equipped kitchen for the whole family. Access was easy with personalized key code. Building is close to the incredible amenities of Green Valley including pools, basketball courts, mini golf, and award-winning spa. You simply cannot find anything better in St. George and the owner is great at communicating. We would love to come back again! Thanks for everything!

Designer condo with everything you could possibly need and more!!!

I cannot say enough how amazing our experience was staying at this beautiful condo. It is designed farmhouse rustic chic with no detail spared. Everything is clean and elegant. The owner was great at communicating well before the trip and even checked in during to make sure we didn't need anything. Check-in and out was easy, especially with owner's kind note with instructions/rules. The kitchen was so organized and had every pot/pan you might need. It felt like home and our kids absolutely loved it!!! There was even a bucket of toys for the kids to play with inside. Outdoors you have access to incredible amenities within walking distance!!! We really had a wonderful time and would gladly come back again! Thanks for everything!!!!
