Villa Mon Reve has been built in the typical Floridian style - high ceilings, large windows and large doors - designed to let the sun brighten every corner of this gorgeous villa. Enjoy your life from the best side! On more than 350 square meters you have 5 bedrooms and 4 baths. From the spacious living room and the dining area you look at the turquoise blue water of the pool and the opposite nature preserve. The range of creme-vanilla colours match with the dark wooden furniture. The typical American kitchen is fully equipped. Just bring your laptop as you have high speed internet access in this villa. The large pool is solar heated und you have a large pool cage which protects you of flying insects. The most 'important' room is the terrace, which is very large and has plenty of space for a large family. It is equipped with pool lounges, pool furniture and a BBQ-grill. This villa is directly on a wide canal and has its own boat dock.

Villa Mon Reve is located in an absolutely quiet and exclusive neighbourhood opposite of the nature preserve. Cape Coral is called 'Venice' of Florida. It is on the west coast of Florida on the Gulf of Mexico. You can reach islands as Sanibel, Captiva and Pine Island by boat and by car. This area is an Eldorado for gulf enthusiasts as it offers approx. 60 golf courses within 1 hour drive. Plenty shopping malls and outlet stores ensure shopping fun (don't forget the credit card). Visit the Thomas Edison and Henry Ford Estates in Ft. Myers. Day trips can be made to Miami (South Beach), Sea World Orlando, Disney World, Sarasota (Dali Museum) and Ft. Lauderdale. Key West (Hemingway Museum) and Cape Canaveral are worth a trip, too.
