Casa Morandini is an elegant apartment on second floor of a XVI century palace, set in the most ancient part of Levanto at only 200 m from the sea. The palace, with no lift, has been built within the medieval walls which embrace a portion of this ancient hamlet. On top of the walls is a pathway that has been created accessible directly from the apartment's kitchen, it ends at a terrace with views over the surrounding countryside and hills. The apartment, of about 300 sqm with a splendid veranda, has been completely restored in 2005 maintaining the original floors of XIX century and with antique furniture. Levanto is a pretty town rich in history and close to the famous Cinque Terre.

The property is in the town centre, 200 metres far from the sea and it could be a good starting point to visit Cinque Terre by boat or car. Being in the city centre all facilities are nearby. Levanto is a comune in the Province of La Spezia in the Italian region Liguria, located about 60 km southeast of Genoa and about 20 km northwest of La Spezia. The town is on the coast at the end of a valley, thickly wooded with olive and pine trees. Part of Levanto lies within the Cinque Terre National Park. The town itself is a famous surfing resort.
