This is the largest rental unit in the Crystal Bay Cove Condo complex with approximately 2,925 square feet and six bedrooms. This unit is 40 percent larger than all other Crystal Bay Cove complex rentals except for unit 28 which is of comparable square footage.
The entry level features a large living room with fireplace, TV, large galley kitchen, dining area and adjacent bar. There is also a one bedroom suite with full size bed and full bath. Step out of the living room through the sliding glass door to enjoy the fabulous views and fresh air. A gas BBQ is also located on the deck.
Stairs from the living room take you down to two master bedroom suites, each with their own private and large baths. One has a queen size bed and TV while the other suite has a full size bed. Enjoy spectacular lake views from either master bedroom suite or step out the sliding glass door from either suite to the deck from which you can watch the sun rise and set!
Take the stairs down to the lower level and find three bedrooms: two of the bedrooms have two twin beds and TV's while the third bedroom has two sets of bunk beds. The lower deck also has a walk out deck giving you another gorgeous view of Lake Tahoe.
There is plenty of room to spread out and really enjoy your vacation (including the panoramic lake and mountain views). All rooms are nicely furnished and comfortable and there is a full laundry on the mid level.
A two-car garage with access directly into the unit is accessible from the level driveway. Convenient to the center of Incline Village, 40 minutes from the Reno-Tahoe International Airport and convenient to all of the major Tahoe area ski resorts.
