Photos and Description of the Soller vacation house rental Cottage in a very quiet and sunny place. Big garden. Private pool. Terraces.

This nice cottage is concealed in a big sunny lovely garden. The house is surounded by a large terrace, equiped with a summer outdoor kitchen and dining room furnitures. In summer, you can enjoy a private swiming pool. The garden is completely enclosed, thus perfectly safe for children. The house is well furnished with a completely equiped kitchen, a livingroom with mezzanine and an extra bed (1,40 m.) above. A bedroom with a large bed (1,60 m.) and a complete bathroom (toilet, shower, washbasin). Loundry with washing machine and iron. Nearby the beach (200 m.) with shops and restaurats. Transportation= the nice antic tramway (1.915) and buses. A nice park well equiped for children and a free car park at only 150 m.

Only 3 km from this cottage , is the beautiful little town of Soller, with its magnificent carved stone buildings of the early twentieth century. Its Modernist styl buildings among which is the recently opened museum ' Can Prunera' which always holds contemporary exhibitions. The Constitution square and all the centre city is a very interesting place to wander along the streets. Bars, restaurants, banks and all kinds of shops, will help you to spend a pleasant holiday. There is a tram, from 1.915, that crosses all the town and connects with Puerto de Soller among gardens and orange orchards. You have a tram-stop in both directions, at only a few metres away from the house, every 30 minutes.
