  • $2500/mth Seasonal, $1500/mth Off Season
  • US Dollars
  • 4 Month minimum Rental per HOA Rules. Full Rent due 60 days before occupancy.
  • November 1st to April 30 - $2500.00 per Month
  • May 1st to October 31st - $1500.00 per Month
  • Tenant pays Electricity and Florida State & Tourist Development Taxes of 11%
  • $100.00 Application Fee to the Homeowners' Association after acceptance.
  • $500.00 Refundable Security Deposit is required for all rentals.
  • If accompanied by a Pet, a $500.00 Pet Deposit and Special $250.00 Cleaning Fee
