Located in Ilfracombe, North Devon, this beautiful third floor, privately owned apartment, situated in a grade II listed Georgian terrace has far reaching views across the sea and town beyond. Clarian is a Visit Britain inspected, 4 star rated property so you can be assured of our excellent standards. It has 2 bedrooms, and can sleep up to four people. A travel cot and high chair are available on request. It has comfortable furnishings, fixtures and fittings and is well equipped with everything you need for a relaxed stay. The apartment boasts a TV, DVD & CD player, microwave oven, washer/dryer & dishwasher. It has the added benefit of its own private parking space. Only a few minutes stroll to the harbour, tunnels beaches, local shops and restaurants.

Clarian is ideally located for beach lovers and surfers. In just a 10 minute drive you can be enjoying the golden sandy beaches of Woolacombe and Croyde. With Ilfracombe being situated on the outskirts of Exmoor National Park it also makes the ideal base for keen walkers of all levels and the nearby Tarka Trail offers over 180 miles of breathtaking scenery for both walkers and cyclists.
