• a beautiful sitting room for rest and relaxation, complete with a gorgeous Gulf view

• an open design kitchen with new cabinets, stainless steel appliances, and granite countertops

• New carpeting with complementing tile floor, and all new furniture throughout

You will not find a nicer condo on Sanibel. Kings Crown is a medium size development with a large heated pool that is rarely busy. THe condo is very well equipped with anything you might need including toys, beach towels, beach equipment , books, and comfy chairs and sofas. I loved the blue beach chairs with the cup holders, I need to buy them.
The property was extremely clean. I loved the high resolution Televisions. I would recommend this unit to anyone looking for a beach vacation.

I cannot say enough great things about the owners of this unit and the unit itself. My husband and I just celebrated our honeymoon there. I have been going to Sanibel for almost 35 years, and this was year 2 for my husband. What a fantastic condo to relax in after all of the wedding festivities came to an end. There is not a thing that this gorgeous unit did not have. The owner even left a special present for my husband and I congratulating us on our marriage. We have already made plans to return next summer. Sanibel is a place to find your soul and be with your soul mate without a doubt. I would not look a second further at any other condos just don't try to book when we want to stay there Haha! 10,0000 stars from Asheley and Matt!

A great place for a family vacation

Our recent family vacation to sanibel kings crown was fantastic. I traveled with my wife young kids and parents. We've been to sanibel numerous times in the past and stayed at many different places but none like this. It started with a email and a few calls to the owner to answer all my questions .he is a great guy who really helped us out a lot and went out of his wayto make our stay perfect. The two bedroom unit was plenty of room and more for all of us. the location was perfect which is right on the beach and views of the pool and ocean were perfect, as we could watch our kids in the pool right from our lanai. Everything in the unit is brand new, just as the pictures show, and has all you need to satisfy your vacation. The covered parking with your own spot and private closet with beach chairs and toys was also great .we were also close to all shopping and restaurants .i guess the only thing I really needed was another week, ya leaving sanibel is always hard. .we will be back to many times again....thx again for a letting us use your wonderful condo.

Kings Crown #309 was the perfect summer vacation getaway for me and my 2 adult sons (26 and 23). We had vacationed on Sanibel during spring break for years while they were growing up, so we were all excited to get back there for a week. EVERYTHING about this condo is perfect for a beach vacation!! The boys and I ran on the bike path or beach almost every morning, spent most of the day on the beach, played tennis during the late afternoon, and enjoyed the many fine restaurants on Sanibel & Captiva every evening. This condo was perfect for our plans -- the decor is beautiful, the bedrooms spacious with lots of storage, the kitchen completely furnished and with lots of room for all to be making breakfast or lunch at the same time. Their Mom joined us mid-way through our stay, and there was plenty of room for all of us to 'spread out' for some quiet time thanks to the huge living room, the beautiful lanai, and the small sitting area just off the lanai. The wireless access worked great for checking email and staying 'connected' when we wanted to be. I can't think of a single amenity that wasn't supplied, and the property was even better than the description and the photographs. It's impossible to say enough good things about this condo or the rest of the facilities at Kings Crown -- I highly recommend it to anyone considering a Sanibel vacation!!

Mother/Daughter Vacation

My daughter and I recently returned from a vacation where we stayed in this condominium which is PERFECT and state of the art in every way!!! It was beautifully decorated and a fabulous "home away from home"which is so very important to us. It is a very quiet location, and we were able to get some much needed rest. We enjoyed the glassed in lanai so much. The furniture is so comfortable, and my daughter read 3 books there when she couldn't be in the sun. She opened the doors to see the ocean and feel the breezes so she still felt like she was outdoors. The view of the ocean is SPECTACULAR! It is apparent that the owners have gone to great lengths to make their vacation home a "home away from home" with granite counter tops, stainless refrigerator, lovely furniture, extremely comfortable beds, lots of cabinets, beach towels, and beach equipment. We have been visiting this location since 1985 and this is the nicest unit we have ever stayed in. This is also the first time we have had access to the garage storage closet to use beach chairs and an umbrella. This is such a nice gesture on the owner's part because when you are flying you can't take a beach umbrella or chairs. It is so convenient to leave everything in the garage and not drag it to the unit which is what we had to do in years past. We could never understand why other owners didn't share their storage closets. We won't have to ever think about that again because we will ALWAYS rent from this owner. He has answered all questions and addressed every concern. His kindness is obvious in every correspondence and conversation. It has been a REAL pleasure working with this owner, and it is apparent that his first concern is his clients. This is the way business should be conducted, and it is refreshing because it is "old school." All photographs of the unit are accurate so in January when we have snow on the ground, and I am feeling down in the dumps, I will go to this web-site for memories of a beautiful vacation and look forward to my next visit. My utmost thanks to the owner on a job well done!!!!!!!!!!
