This luxurious brand new 3 Bedroom villa is not only one of the most photographed villas on the resort because it has uninterrupted views of the golf course overlooking the 'signature' 7th hole but it is also one of the closest properties to the main Resort facilities. This unique frontline golf property with uninterrupted sea views is tastefully and colourfully furnished mostly from 'Laura Ashley'. Just a stone's throw from the Golf Course, Driving Range, Clubhouse, 5 * Intercontinental Hotel, the Village Square with a range of shops, boutiques, bars and restaurants, the award winning Spa and Tennis Courts you can hardly get a better location in the Resort! The accommodation is on two levels with an open plan spacious lounge, dining area, kitchen, and en-suite master bedroom on the upper level. There are two bedrooms and a shower room on the lower level. The Villa has its own private swimming pool and enjoys superb sea and sunset views.

Location: Paphos region < Cyprus

The Aphrodite Hills Resort is ideally located along the coastal road between Paphos and Pissouri, close to the beautiful landmark of Petra Tou Romiou (Aphrodite's Birthplace). The lovely town and port of Paphos is some 20 kms by car and the resort is only 17 kms from Paphos airport or just over an hour from Larnaca airport (flight time approximately 4 1/2 hours). Overall a wonderful holiday destination for all types of interests for children and adults with an excellent all year climate and sunshine.
