Situated in landscaped gardens overlooking a saltwater boating lagoon and only minutes from the glorious open waters of the Gulf of Mexico and the Atlantic Ocean. Furnished and equipped to the very highest standards including digital telephone/intercom, 3 refrigerators, 3 satellite TVs, (1 giant wide screen), VCR, on-line computer, dual zone a/c and central heating, screened terrace, ceiling fans, coconuts, bougainvillea, hibiscus, lime trees. BE WARNED; You will not want to go home. Renters should be aware that the canal to the rear of the house has no access to the open waters of the Bay or Ocean, the canal system on this side of Venetian Shores being 'plugged'.

You’ll love the wrap around balcony and the partially screened area off the dining room which overlooks a beautiful tropical canal. There’s nothing like sitting on your balcony and quietly watching the calming effects of water and the palm trees sway in the gentle breezes. The canal is a “plugged” canal with free flowing water but is not navigable. However for the boating fraternity Venetian Shores has it's own private Marina and the owner can arrange for a boat slip to rent.

No detail will be overlooked. All you will need to bring is your personal items. Everything else will already be here. Bedding is King, Queen, Queen, Queen, Futon.

Vacation Rental Details: Rent is $3800 to $4800/month depending on the season. Additional fees include: $250 exit cleaning fee; $35 processing fee; 12.5% state and local taxes. A security deposit of $1200 is required. The security deposit is refunded after a damage free inspection following departure. Utility Caps/Mo: There is a cap on the utilities of $300 for electricity and $100 for water. The owner pays up to this amount. If there is an overage, the amount will be deducted from the security deposit and a copy of the bill will be provided. Rates and fees are subject to change prior to confirmation of reservation.
