If you seek character - look no further. This charming 1 bed apartment (recently renovated) is located on one of the old world tiny streets of Les Hautes de Cagne. Located on the 3rd floor of a protected building, there are spectacular views from the bedroom window out over the roof tops and onto the coast. The front windows look out over the gorgeous streets of this beautiful world heritage village. This apartment is perfect for 2 people. The main door opens into a bright lounge with sofa bed and an original fireplace. The kitchenette is beautifully designed in keeping with the type of property and has cooker, hob and washing machine. There is a newly installed, fully tiled shower room with washbasin and wc. The bedroom has a double bed and wardrobe. Parking if required is in the village of Cagne and there are 10 minute free shuttle buses which stop outside the door of the apartment. The apartment is located on a street within 5 minutes walk of the bustling town of Cagne.

Les Hautes de Cagne: The beautiful village can be viewed from miles around as it perches on a height overlooking Cagne and Cagne sur Mer. The village is built on a mountain, so walking is generally either upwards or downwards. The properties in the village are absolutely charming. There are a number of excellent restaurants as well as some charming bars. Visit the medievel castle for a spot of culture. A free shuttle bus, which runs every 10 minutes will take you into the bustling town of Cagne where there is a great weekly market. A 20 minute walk will take you down to the coastal town of Cagne sur Mer where you will find a terrific promenade with lots of restaurants overlooking the beach. There are regular buses into both nearby Nice and Antibes.
