This 5 star 2 bed apartment in a luxury gated development is located overlooking the Las Brisas Golf Course. The spacious Lounge/Dining with full home entertainment system opens out to the main terrace complete with sun loungers, outdoor dining/BBQ and fantastic views to the Las Brisas Golf Course. The beautiful master bedroom has its own furnished terrace and comes with a superbly appointed ensuite bathroom. The Twin Bedroom with doors to own terrace also has it's own lovely bathroom. The Kitchen is extremely well appointed with top class appliances and american style fridge freezer and Utility Room. French doors lead out to a lovely terrace just perfect for dining. This apartment also has a guest wc, central ac and heated towel rails. There is also a desk for laptop facilities in the lounge area. A small Gym with Sauna and VIP Club facilities are also available (Chauffeur, Chef etc). 24 Hour Security. Wonderful location - 10 minutes drive to Port. Very highly recommended.

The master en-suite has a large shower with double sink, toilet, bidet, heated towel rail, underfloor heating, and a large size jacuzzi bath The second bedroom has two single beds, one pullout bed and a built in wardrobe. It has French doors which lead to a small outdoor area. The en-suite has a jacuzzi bath with overhead shower, a sink, toilet, bidet, underfloor heating and heated towel rails.

Apartment Location: Situated between two of the Costa Del Sol’s most exclusive golf courses, the Las Brisas (where the 1989 World Cup was held) and Los Naranjos golf clubs, and only 10 minutes from the Puerto Banus marina and the beach, is LAS ALAMANDAS, the most luxurious and contemporary gated development in Marbella.

General Shopping: There are excellent shopping facilities around the environs of the apartment. Puerto Banus as well has having a terrific weekly market, also has the well known department store of El Cortes Ingles which has just a great range of clothes, haberdashery and a fine supermarket. Marbella itself has a fine array of shops and is well worth a visit.

Restaurants: There are no end of restaurants in the area both at Puerto Banus and at Marbella. There are also some excellent restaurants in the hilltop village of Benahavis which is definitely worth a visit. An info sheet on local restaurants will be supplied prior to your holiday.
