After you've explored the Canyonlands, you will need a place to rest. Feel free to relax in our unique Rim Village corner townhouse, situated across from County Land, featuring private hot tub, unobstructed views of the Moab rim from the porch and lofty living room.

We are conveniently situated 5 minutes south of Moab’s Main Street, 10 minutes South of Arches National Park and 45 minutes from Canyonlands National park and Dead Horse State Park. You can walk to the community pool and hot tub, but feel like you're in a universe all to yourself.

With all 3 tastefully decorated bedrooms conveniently situated on the ground floor, and the great room featuring an open floor plan opening into kitchen and dining area, fireplace, high ceilings and picture windows with lovely views of the Moab rim, we hope you'll feel energized and comfortable in your home away from home.

The property adjoining Y-4 to the West, (between the house and the Rim) is free of other condos, containing just a soccer/baseball field, so views of the rim from the living room and patio are relatively unobstructed. Also, Rim Village street lights (which are all hooded) haven't quite made it to this block. Add that to naturally dry local weather and our corner situation, and you have some really great stargazing opportunities from the patio & hot tub.

About the hot tub - it's not just any spa. The brand new Hot Springs Brand was chosen for its energy efficiency, but kept for the bells and whistles - jets which feel like rollers massage your back bilaterally, rotate along those sore spots on your neck, or jet away the trigger points on your mid-back. There are even several settings for lighting. It's going all year round. Come and enjoy.

About wheelchair access: The entire unit is on the ground floor, but the bathrooms aren't wide enough to turn a chair around in. I'm looking into the possibility of installing grab bars. Stay tuned.

Non-smoking unit. We regret that no pets are allowed - this keeps the unit more comfortable for our guests with allergies.

Everything is ready for my vacation, even a kind feedback.

I and my family have enjoyed this house and Moab.

We had a great bbq party and relaxation.

If I can go to Moab again, I really want to stay at this place again.

Perfect Home Away from Home

We stayed at Niki’s condo for a week in April. The condo is the perfect home away from home. What makes this condo special and better than most vacation rentals are the attention to detail and great customer service. Niki took special consideration and extra care to ensure that your stay is as pleasant and comfortable as if the condo was your home.

Let’s start with the bedrooms, the mattresses are nice and firm, the sheets soft and luxurious. There are also extra blankets if you need them. There are different types of pillows available. There are several hooks in the bathrooms for towels. What I love is the cute little nightlight, which is a nice extra touch. There are huge TVs in the bedrooms, not the little TVs that you find in most condos. The bathrooms are well stocked with conditioner, shampoo and body wash, enough to last your entire stay. It even had a scale in the closet.

The kitchen is well-stocked, even comes up with a handheld mixer and immersion blender. There is a coffee pot, as well as a teapot; and there are plenty of coffee filters. There are plenty of bowls to prepare meals, even a colander, which again is something, you do not find in most condos. The kitchen also has plenty of paper supplies and towels. To my surprise, there are good working sharp knives in the kitchen, something you do not find in most condos. The rest of the condo is just as nice. The living room has a huge and very comfortable sectional. The spa is in working condition and is serviced weekly. There are spa towels conveniently located right next to the front door. There are also two types of grills, propane and charcoal and there are two propane tanks, again something you do not find in most condos.

Niki was very responsive throughout the entire process and responded to my inquiries very quickly. She also emailed me the day of our arrival to ensure we have everything we need. Overall, we had a wonderful and restful stay at Niki’s condo as it has everything you need and some things that you probably didn’t think you need but glad that they are available. Most importantly, Niki provided excellent customer service. We will definitely be repeat customers. Thanks, Niki, for your hospitality.

Wonderful details. Niki thought of every detail possible to make your stay at her unit perfect . We stayed for a few days in August last year and just recommend her unit to friends.

No detail was overlooked from the towels for the hot tub, right at your finger tips by the door.every kitchen gadget and condiments available to you. Maps to find your way around town and movies filmed in Moab for downtime indoors.even your pick of a charcoal bbq or propane.

The pool in the village was easy to access and clean . Wonderful stay .Thank you Niki for all your attention to every little detail.

Perfect Home Away from Home

We were so busy at all the parks in the area we wished we had more time to just spend at this wonderful condo. It literally has everything from an amazing hot tub to a state of the art washer and dryer! And, yes, ladies it has a hairdryer too! The master bed was very comfortable. The athletic park has been built behind the unit; but during the four nights that we were there it was never in use. We plan on returning with our two sons in the future and staying at this same wonderful condo. It is only 5 minutes from Moab and 10-15 minutes from Arches NP.

The townhouse is located a 10 minute drive from Arches National Park and 45 minutes from Canyonlands National Park and Dead Horse State Park. It's a 5 minute drive to downtown Moab, with a wide selection of restaurants, including brew pubs, pizza, and sushi.

Activities include, but are definitely not limited to, sightseeing, hiking, rafting, golfing, swimming, horseback riding, mountain biking, cross-country skiing, mountaineering, jeeping, etc. etc. etc.
