Relaxing and Wonderful Stay in Siesta Key at Siesta Holiday House

Just a note of thanks for the enjoyable, relaxing visit to Siesta Key. The Siesta Holiday House unit was perfect. The location was perfect; a short walk to the beach, a beautiful and quiet neighborhood, and quick access to the local shopping and dining. The furnishing and amenities are exactly what a vacationer looking to relax and enjoy some down time would want to have. Access to beach chairs and towels is perfect and alleviated us from traveling with or renting additional items. The unit itself was clean, cozy, and a very relaxing environment. We enjoyed the scenic nautical decorations and paintings. The pool was very warm and enjoyable. Carol, the property manager is wonderful and was always available by phone to answer any questions that we had. The trip exceeded our expectations and we didn't want to leave. Thank you for everything!

CLEAN, COMFORTABLE, CLOSE TO THE BEACH, EXCELLENT MANAGEMENT

My husband and I stayed for one month in this unit and we were very happy there. It is clean, comfortable, and close to the beach. Bob Bevington, who owns the apartment, and Carol Cassata, who manages it, are both very helpful, easy to deal with and accomodating. The king bed in the master bedroom is very comfortable. The apartment is not luxurious, but it was perfect for us. Our son, daughter-in-law and 1 1/2 year old granddaughter stayed with us for 10 days and it was comfortable with all of us in the unit . The apartment is very close to Stickney Point bridge, so it is very easy to get to the many sites around Sarasota. Within a 10 minute walk from the apartment is a small grocery store and some little boutiques. We had a lovely time in Sarasota. The Ringling Museum and Art Gallery are a must-see.

This condo is in the perfect location steps from the beach, shopping and restaurants! The pictures do not do this condo justice...even better than described!! Wonderful bed with new mattress for a wonderful nights sleep. The owner goes out of his way to make your stay relaxing and care free! Clean neat and cozy! This is the place to be....book today!

I highly recommend this unit, it was equipped with everything you could possible need. It was very comfortable, clean and perfectly located. I loved the free shuttles (tips only) to the village where we enjoyed great meals at Daquiry Deck and Siesta Key Oyster Bar, and for desert the German Bakery, my favorite. We will be making this location our new vacation spot.
