Set in an elevated position with panoramic views of the bay. This Recently built luxury 1 bed air conditioned apartment on a small quiet development of privately owned units has two balcony's. It is situated on the 3rd floor with accessed by lift or stairs. Self catering with fully fitted kitchen comprising of washing machine/4 ring halogen hob/fan oven/fridge-freezer/ sink and plenty of cupboard space with breakfast bar. Cooking utensils and cutlery supplied including kettle/toaster and microwave. Lounge with sofa TV and DVD player. There is a dining table & 6 chairs. Bedroom featuring double bed with wardrobes/drawers and a private balcony to the rear overlooking hills and forestry.Clean towels and bedlinen are also provided. Sofa bed in lounge sleeps 1 to 2 people. Iron and board. Private pool with inbuilt jacuzzi, air conditioned gymnasium, with running machines, exercise bikes, weight training machine etc. Sauna room area with showers. Friendly on site 24 hour security.

Located on the hill overlooking the picturesque Kavarna beach and bay area. Within close proximity of The 'Blacksearama' championship golf course designed by Gary Player and the 'lighhouse' golf course designed by Ian Woosnam. The black sea coast has marvelous beaches, calm safe sea, clear water and healthy air, golden sands and mineral water springs. The average air temperature in the summer is about 28C and the average water temp 25C. There are more than 240 hours of sunshine in May and September, and more than 300 hours in July and August. There is a steep cape called Kaliakra near the town, famous for the romantic legend about forty ‘maidens’ committing suicide in the name of Christianity. It is also famous for the caves - once the habitat of the extremely rare Black Sea monk seal. For fans of natural beauty and historical places you can find peace in the Balchik Botanical Garden or the museum at Kaliakra horn, situated either side of Kavarna and easily accessed by car.

Notes: we would like to point out no smoking in the appartment, but would not object to smoking on the balcony's The room will be cleaned for your arrival along with linen and made up bed. There is a washing machine in the kitchen and clothes dryer rack that you can put on one of the balcony's to dry clothes or towels if needed. Whilst you can get about by taxi or bus, if you want to do a fair amount of sightseeing it would be worth hiring a car for this, if you are doing this we would suggest getting a road map first or using a sat nav.
