3 Bedroom, 2 1/2 bath. Pool with great deck. Sleeps 8. 1 acre+ wooded land

Beautiful - great layout- private home. 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths. Sleeps 8. Inground pool

Central Air Conditioning

Master suite with full bath - Queen bed - on first floor. flat sceen television. private from the rest of the bedrooms.

2 bedroom upstairs where the hallway leading to each bedroom overlooks a great family and dining room.

---One of the bedrooms has 2 twin beds with large closet

---The other bedroom has a 2 set of bunk beds - this bedroom sleeps 4 (one bunk bed has full mattresses and the other bunk has twin matresses)

Both bedrooms are connected by a Jack and Jill full bathroom.

Full kitchen with updated appliances - open space for entertaining. Kitchen area has counter seating plus a dining table for 8 along with a .5 bath. Kitchen area leads out to the deck where there is an awning covered outdoor eating table for 8.

Family and dining area (which is overseen from the bedroom hallway upstairs) features a table for 8, flat screen Television and 3 french doors which open to the patio/deck.

There is also a quaint, cozy and comfortable living room perfect for reading, relaxing or watching a separate flat screen television private from the family area.

There is also a basement for entertainment with a ping png table and 'bar style' basketball shoot out game.

The backyard is made private by the woods. A 16x32 inground pool is the main feature whch is surrounded by a large white, inviting deck. 4 loungs chairs, outdoor eating table for 8 and an outdoor bar. Gas barbecue is on the back deck as well. Outdoor music speakers.

The front porch has two rocking chairs ideal for star gazing.

The driveway winds up through the woods and allows ample car parking right up to the backyard/deck.

It is a very peaceful and quiet area

Minutes from the bay and the Ocean beaches. A short drive to the great towns of Southhampton and Sag Harbor.

What makes this house unique

The house has such a great welcoming layout. The house is surrounded by woods creating privacy and a peaceful feel. The location being between both Southampton and Sag Harbor is so perfect and then having your own pool takes it over the top.

We had a wonderful week at this Southampton home. The location was perfect, as it was close to all of the lovely attractions in the Hamptons. The home was immaculate, and the owners went out of their way to ensure that we had a relaxing and memorable stay. The home was spacious and very well equipped. Our teenage children were comfortable in the upstairs bedrooms, and the entire family enjoyed the beautiful pool on a daily basis. We hope to visit again soon!
