I began vacationing on the Outer Cape as a teenager and that is when my love affair with the beaches, sand dunes, and the overall natural beauty of this special place began. As a I grew older I appreciated the fine restaurants, the art galleries, and always the solitude it offers in the quieter seasons.
I purchased this home in 2006 and prior to August of 2012 it was used only by me and my family. I am now hoping that others will enjoy their time here as much as we have.
anna leone purchased this house in 2006
This home offers the things that are important to me. Because I have always lived in or near a major city, the space and privacy around this property are special to me.There are only treetops, views, sunsets, and magical starry nights. And because I am accustomed to busy environments, the proximity to Provincetown is appreciated.
The home was cared for and spacious with a view of the bay and sunsets over Provincetown. Always a cooling ocean breeze. We loved the location as it was easy access to Provincetown and Wellfleet - towns that we enjoy. The ocean beaches & the bay beaches are within a 5 min. drive. Marconi Beach is about 20 mins. Easy to get to bike trails;great nature walk at Audubon Sanctuary; live theater at the WA in Wellfleet and a no. of theaters in Provincetown. If you enjoy art galleries, great food - can't beat the location. We didn't cook much as we chose not to but the kitchen is
well equipped. We plan to return next summer.
The owner is responsive and pleasant.
This is a beautiful and well-kept home convenient to Truro's spectacular beaches and the excitement of Provincetown with stunning sunset views over Cape Cod Bay. The beds are exceedingly comfortable, the house is well-equipped and easily accommodated our family of seven. The owner is very kind and is a pleasure to work with. We would definitely return.
I have been renting on Cape for many years and this is one of the best.
Fullly equipped, exceedingly clean and super convenient to route 6.
Near Truro's beautiful beaches and quick ride to Ptown.
Very spacious with an extra "bonus room" that can be used for guests (we did).
Owner is one of the nicest people I have dealt with - great find!
This house was just perfect for me, my husband, daughter, and parents. It is in a great location which is easily accessible (by car) to Truro, Wellfleet, Provincetown, and many beaches. The house is in pristine condition and incredibly comfortable. The entire upstairs, including the expansive deck, have great views! The design of the house (master bedroom upstairs, one bedroom downstairs with a private bath, another bedroom separated from the other by the entry way) also affords some privacy, which is nice if you are staying with a group. We would definitely return here in the future. Can't say enough good things about it!
The home fit our needs and was in a perfect location for enjoying bike riding and the beach. The owner was very sweet and easy to work with. I would recommend this home.
This home is absolutely beautiful and well taken care of. The views from the top deck of the bay and Provincetown is beautiful. The kitchen it fully equipped with everything that you would need plus more. The master bedrooms are spacious and beds a very comfortable. I enjoyed the closeness to Provincetown, Race Point and beaches. My children enjoyed having their own space on the first floor with the deck. This was one of our best vacations in Truro, it was very relaxing. I have been vacationing in Truro for 20+ years and I have found my new vacation home. My family can't wait to come back. The owner is a pleasure to deal with and very accomodating to your needs.
