This recently refurbished luxury ground floor apartment offers a very high standard of accommodation. It consists of two bedrooms, the main bedroom having a double bed, built in large wardrobes, air conditioning and an en-suite bathroom. This spacious fitted bathroom has a luxury double shower, washbasin and washing machine. The second bedroom has twin beds and large built in wardrobes/drawers. The second bathroom has been fitted to a high standard with a wash basin and shower. The spacious lounge with a bed settee making further 2 beds, a wide screen LCD TV with English channels, DVD player and a huge selection of DVD as well as an ipod docking station leads out on to a delightfully private patio area with 2 sunloungers, barbecue and Al fresco dining area. There is a separate dining area inside with a table and chairs together with a delightful open plan kitchen comprising of a double Belfast sink, fridge/freezer, oven, 4 ring ceramic hob, microwave, kettle and toaster.

Costa Teguise is one of the main tourist resorts on the island of Lanzarote and is situated just north of Arrecife in the north east region of the island. The name literally translates into 'Coast of Teguise', after Lanzarote's former capital. Luxury hotels and apartments blend harmoniously with the inspiring architecture and landscape. Costa Teguise is a pleasant and tranquil resort. It offers the opportunity to bask in the sun either at the complex or on one of the lovely white beaches nearby or to participate in a variety of activities on offer. With diving centres, golf courses and bicycle hire shops you will be spoilt for choice. For families, Ocean Water Park is just a 20 minute walk away with water slides, flumes and heated swimming pools. The main beach, Las Cucharas, is famous for its perfect windsurfing conditions , while the smaller Jabillo and Bastian beaches are excellent for snorkelling. There are many restaurants in Costa Teguise where locals make everyone welcome.
