This Beautiful Grade 2 Listed building built in 1888, is set back behind a pretty front Garden and situated opposite Clapham Common. The house is 3 stories and approx 5400 sqf. The Ground Floor comprises a hallway with beautiful Panelling, drawing room, dining room and a large kitchen on to a family room and guest toilet. The First Floor features a large master bedroom opening into a en suite bathroom and dressing room and stunning views over Clapham Common. There is also a further3 double bedrooms and 2 large bathrooms . The Top Floor has another 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and also a utility room. The garden is very large and and unique for central London it has a children's timber climbing frame with swings, teak table that sits 8 and a BBQ. There is also a lock up garage and a Summer House in the rear of the garden.

Our home is directly opposite Clapham Common, which is a stunning park in South West London. In the local area we have Tesco and Marks and Spencers within 5 mins walk from the house.There is also two tube lines which run on the Northern line that are also 5 mins walk away. There is Cinemas and wonderful cafes everywhere. The house house is a short bus trip away from Sloane Square in Chelsea, which is directly across the river. Also Battersea Park is also very close and it even has a petting zoo in side the park. The park runs along the river Thames and is a beautiful park all year round. The house is in a very central London location and everything is on the door step. It is a wonderful and exciting place to live.
