Additional information about rental rates

  • Easter, Christmas and New Year prices are £1050. All prices for all periods are based on 4 sharing. It is a further £75 for each extra person up to a maximum of 6 people in total. The first child under 5 goes free. A cot , high chair, and bed-guard are also available on request. We require a 50% deposit to secure the booking. The balance to be paid 8 weeks prior to departure.Please ask about discounts we have available for last minute bookings, call for a price if your departure is within two weeks and we have unfilled weeks.

A lovely peaceful location where you can sit back and relax. and watch the waves roll in. Enjoy the local amenities such as the french patisserie where you can buy fresh coffee and where cakes and bread are made every day. For those who enjoy walking there is a promenade overlooking the sea for you to walk in to Playa Blanca by.. There are places to stop off on the way into the centre. Just 5 minutes drive away there is a lovely marina with restaurants and shops for you to enjoy. Its a lovely place to eat and relax. There is also a local bus service within easy walking distance to take you to one end of Playa Blanca to the other for the price of 1 euro 15cents only.
