This luxurious house has 510 meters constructed in a 1000sq m area, and is surrounded by gardens, which without a doubt attracts the attention of the hundreds of birds that always cheer and relax the visitors. The swimming pool of 7x4 meters takes a constant inclination from its steps of entrance to arriving at 2 m of depth, which is ideal for the children and adults. In one of the terraces, near the swimming pool, there is a BBQ and a great outer table where can eat 12 people outdoors. Of a sophisticated and cosy decoration that house counts on several options of entertainment for friends and family: Fireplace, Great Dining room With Table For 10 People, a Game Room with Cine and completely equipped Private Gymnasium. There are 5 rooms and 4 complete baths, very large and elegant, that invite at pleasures moments of relax. There is also 1 room and 1 bath in the last floor, with a design very practical and harmonious for who prefer some privacy. And garage for 2 cars.

With a privileged situation, from spectacular views to the sea, to the mountain and the population, this magnificent detached house, is in a so calm zone where rabbits and owls can even be sighted at night, also it is only 10 minutes from Barcelona (20 minutes until the Center of Barcelona). It is 10 minutes to the Golf Course of Vallromanas and 20 to the Golf Course Llavaneras. Only 10 minutes of the precious Beach El Mas Nou, with excellent facilities for swimming, a club of navigation and an excellent seaport, restaurants, bars and discotheques. In that same area there is The Train Station El Mas Nou. All the trains have shutdowns in different points from Barcelona. By car, you can arrive in 3 minutes to the center of the town and find any thing you need (coffee shops, bank, gas station, pharmacies, market, etc). But, if you prefer, very close to the villa there is a bus stop, this urban bus goes each hour in direction of the town center and the train station.
