Live where movies stars come to settle down within this noisy city of NYC. Gramercy Park North, known for its peaceful neighborhood, is a place where many have come to enjoy and kick back. This apartment comes with 2 bedrooms, with a leather sofa in each bedroom, 1 full bathroom, and a large living room with a flat screen TV and 2 sofa beds. Linens and towels are provided, and as with all of our apartments we offer free wi-fi and cable. Located in the Gramercy Park neighborhood of Midtown Manhattan, the neighborhood boasts an area filled with activities everywhere you go. You will not be bored! Tons of restaurants are around every corner and public transportation is just within a 5 min walking distance to get you anywhere in the city.

  • $100 cleaning fee will be charged for stays under 4 nights. All rental rates subject to applicable taxes.
  • Parties greater than 4 will be charged $25/per night per person in excess of 4 people. Late check-ins, Sunday or Holiday check-ins shall be subject to a $150 surcharge unless you choose a self check in option.

Great location!: Located in the Gramercy Park region of Midtown Manhattan, this location offers all the convenience, while being surprisingly quiet (as quiet as you can expect from midtown Manhattan, I suppose). The subways are about 2-3 blocks away, and the immediate neighborhood offers tons and tons of restaurants, and services such as nails salons, dry cleaners and laundries, bars, coffee shops, and even a supermarket in a 5 block radius. The train station is the 23rd Street and Park Avenue subway station what will connect to the 6 train, or for a 5 minute walk to 17th Street, you can catch the 4,5,6,N,Q,R,W,L in the Union Square Station, which can take you to times square, grand central, Wall Street, or Soho in about 5 minutes.

Have the best of both worlds!: Don't stay in Times Square with all of the tourist traps! Stay in a true New York apartment, live like a New Yorker, yet have Times Square and all of the other major tourist attractions be a subway stop away. All of our guests have raved about this location for its historic charm, local convenience, and easy access to the rest of Manhattan.

Live where the Celeberties live!: Several Hollywood stars live in the same block, so you should keep your eyes peeled when walking around in this exclusive part of town!

A clean and spacious apartment in a great location

Just back from a 5 day stay and am very happy to recommend this apartment. The location is great - only a couple of hundred yards from Gramercy Park, with very close access to the subway and within walking distance of most places. It is on a busy junction but we did not find the traffic noise to be a problem. Also has very efficient a/c (it was 80F+ this weekend so that was important).

The apartment was very clean and there was fresh linen and towels in both of the spacious bedrooms. It also has a very decent-sized lounge, which is ideal for people- watching. Our only gripes were that the furnishings are pretty spare and it is lacking some basic equipment - there are not many glasses, no ironing board (although there is an iron) and the toaster is broken. Not big things but it is probably worth the owners / renters (who are very friendly and efficient) investing a small amount of time and money to sort them out.

Overall, this is a perfect property for a small group of friends, one or two couples or a small family to use as a base for short stay.
Owner's Response: It was a pleasure accommodating you the party that stayed with you. We try to make our renters feel comfortable and to be able to enjoy the apartment. I'm sorry to hear about the glasses, ironing board, and toaster. We have supplied the apartment with more glasses, an iron board, and a new toaster.
