Fabulous ocean views from three large living areas and large decks. Painted in bright designer colors that reflect the beautiful southern sun. Decorated to high standards.

Decks furnished with 'Adirondack' rocking chairs, perfect for viewing on of the finest beaches in the South. Childrens' den downstairs with comfy sofas and stocked with videos. Five minute walk to the village of Isle of Palms - a palm tree lined street with restaurants and shopping. Great for a evening stroll and ice cream.

Upstairs - Large living area with ocean views, master bedroom with king bed and en-suite bath with separate tub and shower. Main Floor - Open living room with ocean views opening to large deck. Open kitchen and eating area. Second master with king-size bed, third bedroom with queen bed. Bath with tub/shower.

Downstairs - Eating area with second refrigerator - perfect for staging the perfect day at the beach, living area with comfy sofas and two twin bed for sleeping, fourth bedroom queen bed, fifth bedroom one double bed and one twin, bath with tub/shower. Outside shower with hot and cold water.

About Susan & Stan Harris

We purchased this property and named it Sea Nook because it is on a private corner overlooking the ocean.We have a large family and everyone enjoys the activities this beach location provides. we surf, bike, swim, play beach volleyball and beach lacrosse and enjoy eating together overlooking the ocean. We also enjoy all that downtown Charleston has to offer. This is a perfect spot at the quiet end of the island and we are sure that you will enjoy your stay.

Why Susan & Stan Harris chose Isle of Palms

We chose this vacation spot because we found it to be the most family friendly location. The beach is easy to walk and the sound of the sea at the end of the day relaxes everyone from newborns to octogenarians. My son opened a lacrosse store in Mt Pleasant 'Low Country Lacrosse' after years of coming to Isle of Palms for our vacations. If you have a lacrosse player, he will help you find the lacrosse activities you are looking for during your stay.

What makes this house unique

We are beach people so everyone loves the beach. We also have surfers, fishermen, golfers, boaters, and those who love the dining and shopping they can find in downtown Charleston.

Location, Location, Location!

This house was super for our "Girl's Weekend Getaway". The pictures on VRBO don't really the openness and space of this house. We had 12 girls all stay comfortably. The ocean is right across the street and could not be more beautiful! The owner was wonderful to work with and very responsive to any questions!

Relaxing Bachelorette Weekend!

Myself, my sister, and 10 other girls gathered here for a weekend bachelorette getaway. The house is so cozy, and was a perfect beach house. The beach access is literally right across the road. It is located in a quiet area with not a lot of traffic. We loved hanging out on the porch and playing games. The owners were very pleasant to communicate with. This would be a perfect house for a family gathering as well. Would recommend this house a million times!

Great location - Great house

We rented the house for a group friend weekend - there were 4 couples among our party and the house was great for accommodating the large group and giving everyone their space. The access to the beach is right across the street. Despite the beach being narrow when tide is high, there was always a great place to park our chairs be right on the water. Beach had a great breeze as well - loved the location. The house came with all the necessities - plenty of towels (bring your own beach towels) and beach chairs for the group. There was even a great wagon with big wheels for the sand that gave us an relatively easy way to haul all of our snacks across the way. House was fully equipped with cooking supplies and a grill for our end of summer BBQing. We also loved the three living rooms for meeting spaces on each floor. Two refrigerators was a plus as well. Plenty of parking and really close to great restaurants and grocery stores. All in all, great trip with a great home base.

Great Beach Week!

We had a fabulous week at SeaNook! Stan and Susan were wonderful to work with. Their home was perfect for our 2 families with older teenagers. The location and proximity to the beach is beautiful and convenient. We really liked the 3 living areas as the kids could be in the "basement" and enjoy their own privacy-although we all used the 3rd floor living room quite a bit. The 3 living areas provide lots of space for everyone to stretch out. Cooking was very easy as the kitchen as well stocked with cookware and food staples, dish soap etc (to get you started) that are so appreciated when traveling. They also make it very easy and provide beach chairs and there were toys for little ones. The beds were comfortable and plenty of linens were provided. Proximity to Charleston is great. We enjoyed a quieter beach away from the hub-bub of Wild Dunes-although kids could walk up to the ice cream shops etc. if they want. It really was lovely. They go the extra mile to make it a wonderful vacation! We can't wait to go back!

Just right!

This was the perfect vacation house. The beach is right across the street, all the shops are an easy walk. I picked this house mostly because it looked like a beach house, no gloppy window treatments , bowls of scented pinecones and such. It was a good choice, the house had everything we wanted, lots of beds in private rooms and lots of places for gathering. It was pleasantly decorated and well equipped. Everyone was happy!

Great stay at Sea Nook

My wife and I stayed at Sea Nook over New Years with two other couples in order to attend a wedding. The house was great - everything was clean and well kept. We enjoyed having a large three level home so each couple could have their own space and bathroom. Being across the street from the beach and ocean was very nice for walks and throwing the Frisbee (although it wasn't really swimming weather in January). The house is also a short drive to grocery stores, shopping, and downtown Charleston.
