Enjoy a complete southwestern experience in this 3000sf home at the base of the Sandia Mountains foot hills, in the comfort of air conditioned fully furnished vacation home features an incredible outdoor living space including shaded pergola, covered outdoor patio area, barbque grill, and a stone fireplace with lots of seating. The master bathroom features large windows with views to the mountains and overlooking the city lights. master suite has one walk-in closet and King size bed. The three guest rooms are furnished with two twin beds in two rooms and one queen size bed in the third. Extra large sectional sofa in the first living room with stone gas log fireplace which creates a relaxing ambiance. The fully equipped kitchen has a electric range stove,dishwasher, refridgerator, two built in micro waves, and a washer/ dryer in the laundry room.

The covered patio off of the kitchen provides an additional dining area. The backyard is shaded by large trees and features desert-friendly landscaping. The terraced grill area sets this property apart from most others. You'll really enjoy this outdoor space. The backyard s fully enclosed to allow children and pets to explore safely.

Our experience with this rental was wonderful from the moment we first made first contact to the time we departed. The owner could not have been more helpful and pleasant. The home was better than we had hoped and the photos do not do it justice. It is beautiful, spacious and very comfortable. The location is ideal for a vacation getaway, in an upscale, quiet neighborhood and next to lovely mountain trails. Plus, we had a great vehicle to use as part of the deal! We hope to come back some day and will not hesitate to rent this home.
