Our apartment is located on the ground floor and furnished to a high standard throughout. The bedroom has a double comfortable bed, bedside tables, with sliding doors opening onto the large balcony terrace. The lounge is very comfortable with 2 sofas that can also be opened out and used as extra beds if required, along with flat screen TV, DVD player and CD/ radio. Sliding doors open out onto the balcony which has a sunlounger and stone dining table seating 6, with breathtaking views. The kitchen is very well equipped with oven and ceramic hob, microwave, large fridge freezer, washing machine and all the usual utensils and crockery that you would expect to find to enable you to prepare and enjoy fine food during your stay. The bathroom consists of a bath with shower, toilet, bidet and mirror. For security, there is an intercom system along with electric gates at the main entrance

Welcome to our beautiful luxury apartment situated on Bonalba Golf Course, Alicante - Costa Blanca, Spain. Bonalba is a quiet, tranquil area enjoying views to the sea, mountains and overlooking the golf course. Not just for golfers, but ideal for family holidays with the beaches of El Campello and San Juan just 4 km or a 7 minute drive away. Here you will find seafront restaurants, bars and shops. A ground floor apartment, furnished to a high standard with marble flooring throughout and electric gates at the entrance for added security. The relaxing Bonalba Spa is set in tropical gardens with a gentle sloping beach entry, an inner cave, waterfall, slide and jacuzzi with a separate section for children. Other spa facilities include a gymnasium, steam room, sauna and health and beauty treatments. The village also offers shops, restaurants, bars and a bank. A large Carrefour hypermarket is around 8 minutes away.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Rental rates are for the apartment (not per person) and include all charges for linen, bath and kitchen towels. We would ask you to please bring your own beach towels. For periods of 5 or more days, a £100 deposit is required to secure your holiday reservation on booking, with £30 for 2-4 days. The balance is payable along with a £100 refundable deposit (for breakages) within 1 week of departure. Arrival and departure days are negotiable. A pick up and return service is available from the airport at 25 euros each way.

The annual daily average temperature is 20c with the beautiful 'untouristy' areas of El Campello and San Juan just a few kilometres away. Bonalba has excellent communications, with Alicante Airport just 25 minutes away, the city of Alicante 10 minutes away, and Benidorm 25 minutes drive north. There are many historic villages spread in and around the Costa Blanca, with markets held each week. The theme park, Terra Mitica is close to Benidorm, which also has the water park Aqua Landia and Mundo Mar Zoo - with dolphins ! You also have the opportunity of getting close up to the dolphins and to feed, stroke and have your photo taken with them. Golf: Golf Bonalba is a magnificent 18 hole par 72 course measuring 6.367km from the back tees, nestling in the foot hills of the Sierra de Bonalba, overlooking the Mediterranean Sea. The facilities at Golf Bonalba include the Golf Academy with qualified professional instructors, large driving range, putting greens, approach area and putting practice green. There are changing rooms with lockers available, Pro Shop, pull trolleys, electric trolleys, buggies and golf club hire. Golf Bonalba is open every day of the year from 08.00 in the morning. Other services include the Club House with surrounding terraces, which serves breakfast, tapas, snacks and menu of the day along with an A la Carte restaurant.
