I have lived in Vancouver for 21 years. Through the years I have lived in over 10 areas within the lower mainland from UBC to West/North Shore and love this area the best. The location is exceptional and the terrace adds a unique comfort as well expansive feel to the condo. The comfortable outdoor terrace is very
unique and somewhat rare.

My husband and I stayed at Gayle's condo for 5 nights as our son was getting married in Vancouver and wanted a nice location that we could also entertain some of our out of town guests and family. The space in this condo is very well laid out with lots of storage area and with the added desk area at the entrance and terrace it was perfect. We were fortunate that the usual April showers in Vancouver held off on the evening we were entertaining so we could utilize the full terrace! Amenities in the kitchen were amazing and the decor tastefully appointed. The building complex is immaculate and extremely secure. Gayle, thank you for the rapid communication on everything from day one of inquiry to after we departed. We will definately stay here again (if there is availability!).
My husband & I stayed in Gayle's condo (with our cat) for a week before we moved from Vancouver to Toronto. The condo had everything we needed, even salt & pepper in the kitchen! The condo was very homey & the furniture was very comfortable. The location is excellent - right downtown, close to transit & shopping. Thank you again Gayle!
The property was new, very clean and well maintained. We stayed for a week with two kids but it was comfortable. Right inside the front door there was a little desk where our son was able to quietly do his homework everyday. The kitchen was modern, came with basic necessities and was used everyday during our stay. The gym was also nice too. The location is right in the middle of Yaletown which is close walking distance from everything in town for shopping, eating or hopping on a aqua bus to Gransville Island. We took the taxi twice during our stay. We even walked back from Stanley Park one afternoon after spending the day. The owner was very helpful and the property manager was able to answer any questions we had.
The location is ideal as it is within walking distance to restaurants and shops. It is also an easy jaunt to sea wall and local parks and markets. The apartment is small but comfortable and the patio is a lovely addition. A provided parking place was definately an added benifit to this city apartment. We enjoyed our stay.
I spent a week in Vancouver at this condo and it was totally awesome. The condo was just as the pictures show, very modern, a lovely place to stay. I also really enjoyed the gym, it had all the right equipment and was spacious. Also the location was perfect it was close to everything, including all modes of transportation also I felt very safe and as I was travelling alone this was great. I felt the service provided by both Gayle and the building manager Johnny was all I needed and I could call on them anytime. I will be staying here again for sure. I totally enjoyed my trip to Vancouver and the condo was the perfect home away from home.
Our family spent a week in Vancouver while our daughter was attending a swim camp at UBC. This unit was a great home base. It is very clean, well equipped, and the location can not be beat! It was a great place to call home for a week. It is within walking distance to many restaurants, shops, and even grocery stores. It felt very safe there and we enjoyed the patio as a nice place to sit and reflect upon our day. We would definitely recommend this unit.

Just 4 block from the high-speed transit system that commutes to the airport in just 25 minutes on the RAV Line.
