Spacious, comfortable 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo equipped with one king bed, one queen bed and 2 twins - no need for guests to sleep on a sofa!

The condo is equipped with 3 flat screen TV, digital cable,wireless internet, in-suite full size washer/dryer and dishwasher.

The Santa Maria can boast about its gorgeous pool area with a heated pool (largest on the island), BBQ Area (4), Hot Tub, poolside washrooms, guest boating docks, all located within the condo complex.

Santa Maria is a short 5 minute walk to the white sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico, with restaurants, theatre, and shopping all within walking distance.

Located on the beautiful quiet south end of Fort Myers Beach, yet only 3 miles to the downtown 'Time Square'.

If you're looking for a relaxing getaway with all the amenities of home, this Condo is for you.

Absolutely wonderful place to stay! Had such a great time!

We just returned from a week at this condo and we enjoyed it very much! The condo was very nicely decorated and the whole complex is kept up very well - very clean! The people were also very friendly. The pool is huge and nice and warm! Vito was wonderful to work with and responded to any questions we had right away! We saw manatees almost every day in the canal! We would highly recommend this place to anyone!
Recommended for:  Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children
Owner's Response: Santa Maria II is perfectly located at the quiet south end of the island, the beach is right across the street making for a great vacation spot in a clean, updated condo, located in a complex with the largest pool on the island. Come and enjoy!
